Since its founding in 2006, the Morton Consulting Team has focused on putting exactly the right people in the right place - we provide solutions that make sense. Our core management team is a collection of professional, friendly, and energetic people who honestly want to help clients.

Following nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Mark opened Morton Consulting in 2006. In March of 2009, Mark acquired Xperts to further build on Morton Consulting. His commitment, dedication and contagious can-do attitude are second to none. Mark’s strong team orientation and effective leadership skills allow him to lead by example and he works at all levels to place highly skilled professionals. He focuses on providing excellence with every placement. He personally handles executive level searches and does everything it takes to put exactly the right people in the right place.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Meghan previously worked for an Engineering resource company who specialized in 3D CAD software, training, as well as staffing. As their Training Coordinator, Meghan enjoyed working with clients to help them acquire the skills they needed to be successful. She’s excited to start her career as an IT Recruiter and looks forward to developing new relationships while working with consultants to help them match their skills with great opportunities in the Richmond and DC Metro markets.
