Provide architectural design services and owners representation for educational institutions; multi-purpose sports center and visitors bureaus. We provide services for both the private and public sectors.

Rock Spring Park is the IBM regional headquarters in the Washington, DC area. Park Tower assumed responsibility for all aspects of the development, including the design, engineering and long-term operation of the project. The office park presently consists of two new office buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge and an existing third office building which was re-clad while continuously occupied. Plans call for three additional buildings and a 85,000 square foot retail facility.

Y&R Group International principals have over 65 years combined experience in commercial construction and have participated in the development of some of the most sophisticated buildings of the last ten years including the JP Morgan World Headquarters on Wall Street and the US Internal Revenue Service Headquarters in New Carrollton, Maryland. The principals have also worked on projects in England, Switzerland, Mexico, Argentina and Puerto Rico. A complete list is enclosed.
