A Registered Louisiana Interior Designer and native of Shreveport, Ms. Barlow studied with the New York School of Design. Kathleen boasts over thirty years of design experience, serving clients in various U.S. cities. In residential and commercial applications, she takes enormous pride in creating settings that closely reflect the client’s personal tastes. A vision for full service and tasteful design — that’s the Yarbrough philosophy. It’s also the way Kathleen pursues the task at hand for each of her clients — every day.

Ms. Hart has a BS degree in Interior Design and has vast experience in many facets of design including lighting, color and textiles. She has worked in several locations and brings this perspective to both residential and commercial projects. While interpreting the clients’ vision for their design, Peggy uses her creativity and expertise to achieve a unique balance for a timeless design.
