Yoder-Culp Funeral Home has a long and rich history of service to its community. Our eight licensed funeral directors have more than 150 years of collective experience helping families through the most difficult times of their lives. In addition, as the first funeral home in Northern Indiana to be built exclusively for funeral service, our building has been added onto twice, and is the largest facility, with the most parking, in our area. Our mission at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is to take care of your loved ones once you are no longer able to care for them. Our primary focus is to help families plan and carry out a wide range of ceremonies and services at a cost they can afford, while providing them with more value than they expect. Our business continues to grow as one family shares its experience with another. We welcome the opportunity to meet and talk with you at your home or ours. We feel that planning ahead for the inevitable makes good sense, especially when decisions can be made while our emotions are at rest.

Anatomical Gifts – Many people feel that tissue and organ donation is an important way to help others. In recent years, medical advancements have allowed for the transplantation of many organs and tissues. Transplantation procedures do not interfere with the preparation of the body for the funeral service. Monuments – Monuments are a permanent graveside marker, generally made out of granite. Yoder-Culp offers a full line of monuments for your convenience. Video Tributes – Yoder-Culp will assist you in preparing a video tribute. A video tribute may include photographs (up to 50) with music of your choice in a DVD format. The tribute may be available for viewing during visitation hours. Video Tributes may also be created for birthday, graduation, anniversary or other significant celebrations. Flowers – For your convenience, we provide you with a list of local Goshen floral shops and their phone numbers.

John had a special love for the Iowa Hawkeyes. He did not miss a single home football game and was also a basketball season ticket holder for over 40 years. John and his family also attended two Rose Bowls, the Outback Bowl, the Peach Bowl, the Gator Bowl and Final Fours for both men's and womenâ??s basketball.
