Raymond Speciale has been working with Yodice Associates since March 1988. In addition to being an attorney, he is a Certified Public Accountant and an active instrument flight instructor. Mr. Speciale has been admitted to practice in Maryland, New York, and Connecticut. He is a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association and is on the Advisory Board for the Baltimore County Community College's Air Transportation Management Program. He is a full-time faculty member for Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland, teaching courses in accounting and law. In addition to aviation matters, Mr. Speciale handles general business law, taxes, wills, estates, and probate matters. Mr. Speciale currently holds commercial pilot and flight instructor certificates with instrument ratings. From 1984 to 1992, he was a Reserve Officer with the United States Air Force, operating T-37, T-38, and C141 aircraft. Leonard Ceruzzi began assisting the clients of Yodice Associates in 2004. He began his legal career as an attorney with the Federal Aviation Administration advising the agency on issues related to aircraft accident and tort litigation, airport access, development, environmental, and grant assurance requirements, Federal labor law, the Freedom of Information Act, and other general legal support and advice. When he left the FAA, after 22 years of service, he was Assistant Chief Counsel for the FAA's General Law Division. Thereafter, Mr. Ceruzzi spent 14 years in the legal office for Continental Airlines, advising the airlines and its affiliates on regulatory and enforcement issues before the FAA, DOT and NTSB. He also spent two years in private practice. Mr. Ceruzzi earned his law degree from the University of Connecticut in 1967. He received his M.A. in International Relations from the University of Denver in 1961, and his B.A. in Sociology from Fordham University in 1960. Elizabeth Sterpka joined Yodice Associates in May 2008. Ms. Sterpka practices a diverse array of legal issues, from corporate law, lobbying requirements to litigation, including the representation of individuals and companies in various aviation capacities. She received her JD from Villanova University School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. Prior to law school, Ms. Sterpka graduated magna cum laude as a member of the Honors Program at La Salle University. Ms. Sterpka is barred in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia.
