Description
History:Youth Health Service, Inc. (hereafter YHS), is a private, non-profit agency established in 1978 to provide various health, educational, and social benefits, directly or by referral, to youth and adolescents who reside in Randolph, Barbour, Pocahontas, Tucker, and Upshur counties in north central West Virginia.
