YML was established in 2003 in Kaysville, Utah. The company was founded on manufacturing lip balm, by owners with strengths in formulation, manufacturing, marketing, and design. By mid-2004 the company had gradually developed the resources to manufacture virtually all types of liquid fill beauty products for clients across the USA.

Fielding Smith, Vice President, Operations, R & D Mr. Smith has 23 years of experience in the manufacture and marketing of personal care products. Mr. Smith is responsible for the overall technical integrity of YML. These responsibilities include formulation, quality assurance and FDA compliance.

Lloyd Parkinson, Director of Manufacturing Mr. Parkinson came to be a part of the manufacturing team at YML after 8 years of experience as the senior planner of a local computer manufacturing company and 15 years experience as a production manager of a local aerospace investment casting foundry. Mr. Parkinson has been a co-owner of YML since it’s inception and his responsibilities consist of compounding, scheduling and overseeing manufacturing, assembly and production of all products.
