In February of 2012, Ziegler Tools was acquired by Martin Industrial Supply , a division of MSCO, Inc . Bill Ziegler, President of Ziegler Tools, stated, "We are very excited to be joining the MSCO Team. I believe this move will enable us to serve our customers even better and will provide great opportunities for our current employees." MSCO, Inc. , founded in 1934, is a privately held company with six operating divisions in the Southeastern United States.

"My associates and I have very carefully selected over the years products and lines that serve as many of the needs of our customers as possible. And because customers' own businesses change and grow and their needs for our products also change, our commitment to a sustained relationship is based on giving our customers what they need and when they need it. Ford Motor was the company's first major account and was serviced by Mr. Ziegler. Later, his brother Frank joined the company and developed other customers such as Delta Airlines, General Motors and Lockheed Aircraft. By 1959, the company represented many industrial manufacturers in addition to Cornwell. Thus, W.R. Ziegler appropriately changed the name to Ziegler Tools, Inc.
