Zarrilli Homes, LLC was incorporated in 2003 by founder G. Anthony Zarrilli, BA, MBA. Anthony is joined by his father Richard and his brothers Rich and Mark, with each family member an intricate part of the company’s success. Additionally, four Project Managers, a fully-staffed office, a team of craftsmen, and an on-site Sales and Marketing department provide each client with an unprecedented level of personal support.

Once all building permits are obtained, your home will typically be delivered to your home site five weeks later. We specialize in the area surrounding Brick, NJ. The average–sized home takes approximately five days to be constructed at the factory. Once delivered, the final finish work on the home averages from 60 to 120 days, depending on the intricacy of the options and house design selected.
