Engineered urethane compounds combined with our surgical cutting process gives Zatec STAY-SHARP squeegees consistent material from lot to lot and sharp 90 degree edges.
Every sheet of urethane we manufacture is tested to ensure that it meets the intended physical properties required to produce a quality product.
Tammy Medeiros has been with Zatec for 15 years. During that time she has performed many manufacturing operations. She has now become involved with our Stay Sharp Squeegee line, working directly with our Production manager, Casting and Slicing departments. She is responsible for checking the overall quality of the edges and bodies, making sure our industry tight tolerances are met. Tammy is a key part of why we deliver our customer's products with the quality expected of Zatec. She enjoys her work and the people she works with.
