Some of the Platform Data is required to be provided by Members ("Member Data") and some is obtained pursuant to agreements with one or more third-party vendors ("Transaction Data"). You agree to provide all Member Data required of you on Zavee.com and you authorize Zavee to obtain from third-party vendors Transaction Data and such other Platform Data as Zavee may deem appropriate and to use all such Platform Data for the purpose of providing the Service.

However, your data may remain on a backup server or media, which Zavee maintains to ensure our continued ability to provide the Service in the event of malfunction or damage to our primary production servers. We also reserve the right to use any aggregated or anonymous data derived from or incorporating your Member Data.

When you request us to delete your account for the Service, your data will be permanently expunged from our primary production servers and further access to your account will not be possible. We also will disable data feeds with third-party contractors to the extent that they contain your Member Data.

To provide the Service Zavee must obtain and use certain types of information ("Platform Data"). The Platform Data is required, among other things, to ensure the accuracy of Zavee's records and accounts; determine eligibility for rewards; and ensure proper crediting of rewards and fees. Zavee agrees that Platform Data will be used only to provide the Service.

We collect and store only the minimum information necessary for us to provide the Service to our Members. For example, although you must provide a credit card account number in order to take advantage of the Service, we do not collect the card expiration date, security code or other information that someone would need to make an unauthorized purchase with the card. We also encrypt the card information as soon as it is entered and only use the encrypted number to provide the Service.
