Zelman Development Co. is a privately owned commercial real estate development company headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Founded in the early 1960’s our company originally specialized in industrial property development in and around the greater Los Angeles area. With over 40 years of experience in real estate, Ben Reiling is a well-respected and established figure in the real estate community. As owner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zelman Development Co., Reiling is the visionary behind current and former projects and is responsible for business development.
