Zemco Tool & Die specializes in contract manufacturing. From automated assembly, to machining, to high-speed stamping, we have the experience required to provide affordable quality products on both low and high volume projects.

Zemco Tool & Die is a full service machining and turning contract manufacturing facility. We offer a broad range of operations on all types of materials. We run a three shift operation to minimize overhead expenses and give us additional flexibility to meet your production schedules. We have the floor space required to move large materials efficiently through the shop and into our equipment.

Our history of developing engineered solutions for your production needs drives us to continually improve our quality processes.

Zemco Tool & Die offers an array of metal services ranging from metal slitting to high-speed stamping and fabrication. We specialize in high-speed, close tolerance stamping with progressive dies. Our ten stamping presses can run at speeds up to 2200 SPM and handle up to 60 tons of pressure, allowing us to efficiently run your projects regardless of volume. We can run parts on your tooling or design, or build a duplicate to run parallel to your processes. We have the expertise to take your problem dies, modify and condition them, and put them into service for you.
