Ann Zintl – President Ann directs all aspects of the business, including contract, financial, personnel, labor, procurement, and risk management. In addition, she approves every bid, and oversees every project budget and status. Ann has managed the company for over 27 years, and is committed to organizational integrity and excellence.

Working with Zintl means entering an honest and fair business relationship where the goal is always customer satisfaction. Unlike many construction companies, they see themselves as a service organization and have passion to serve, as well as deliver a quality product.

Project Managers Dan Zimmerman, Tom Kelly, Joe Zintl, Jeremy Jensen, Troy Sonnenfeld, Bill Zintl, and Brandon Pracht are the construction management team. They are experienced construction project managers and estimators with over 30 years of experience between them. As construction managers, their mission is to partner with clients to produce the best outcome possible. They are strategic and consultative—offering advice on feasibility, or the best or most cost-effective way to accomplish a job. They are also excellent troubleshooters—on challenges presented up front, as well as those occurring during the construction process.

Will Zintl – Vice President of Field Operations Will has over 35 years' experience in every aspect of the commercial wall construction business, as an apprentice carpenter, journeyman carpenter, foreman, general foreman, and 30 years as the founder of Zintl Inc. He firmly believes that a job well done means understanding every aspect of the construction process, even the aspects which others contribute. He is the company's field leader and is directly involved in every aspect of getting the job done right and safely. He oversees every project and is often seen on jobsites troubleshooting and making sure things are per plan and on track.
