Mr. Scaffidi founded ZyCal in February 2006 after working in the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years. He has managed several business units, and has experience in sales, sales management, marketing, operations and product launches with Procter & Gamble as well as other biotechnology, diagnostic, and orthopedics companies. Mr. Scaffidi has been involved with and responsible for numerous product launches, strategic marketing, business development planning, and repositioning flagship brands for successful growth. His ability to foster clear strategic visions, communicate plans and execute strategies, has led to successful new product launches, capitalization on new business opportunities and reversal of flat and declining brands into fortunes. Mr. Scaffidi holds a degree in Biochemistry with three years of research experience in enzymology and protein purification.

Mr. Beck has 10 years' global business and management experience within the manufacturing, consulting, high-tech, and finance industries. Mr. Beck has experience in Organizational Change, Leadership Development and foreign product launches. Most recently, Mr. Beck managed the recruitment team for Williams Lea, the world’s largest provider of Business Support Services. Mr. Beck completed his MBA at the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business (1996) and speaks English, Spanish, French, Italian, Hungarian, and Cantonese.producing strong, healthy bones. These proteins are called Bone Morphogenetic Proteins (BMPs). BMPs have been used for over 20 years by orthopedic surgeons to grow bone in the body, and are now available orally in a natural product for bone health.
