Our technicians are hard at work to make sure you get the best service possible. How long will my machine be in for repairs? Shipping to certain warranty repair facilities out of state can take up to three months - far too long to go without a computer. That is why we are focused on getting your computer back to you as soon as possible. Our average turn-around time for warranty service is 7-10 business days. Out of warranty items are generally done quicker because we don't have to wait for repair authorization. We also have a Priority Service option that guarantees your machine will be looked at that same day if there by 4 p.m.
