Mr. Arena oversees ARC Management, Atlantic's property management division, which provides management for all Atlantic-owned properties as well as a select number of third party-owned properties. Prior to joining Atlantic Realty, Mr. Arena, who has more than 29 years of experience in real estate and financial management, was district manager at RREEF Real Estate Investment Managers in McLean, VA, where he was in charge of day-to-day operations for 55 office and industrial properties in Maryland and Virginia totaling over 11 million square feet. An expert in acquisitions, land use, development, and leasing, Mr. Ross has more than 31 years experience in the commercial real estate business and has been responsible for the development of approximately ten million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail property throughout the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD metropolitan areas. In addition to his founding role in Atlantic Realty, he maintains a very active presence in the community and local organizations. Mr. Ross currently serves on the Board of Directors of Easter Seals Greater Baltimore-Washington Region.

Mr. Schulman has more than 21 years of experience in the real estate community. He has developed and rezoned millions of residential, commercial and retail square footage in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Mr. Schulman is directly responsible for acquisitions, development, construction, and financing of all transactions at Atlantic Realty.
