Industrial Supplies & Equipment strives to get your product to you in the most economical manner practical. In most cases, we ship UPS Ground. In the event that you require delivery to a PO box or an APO address, we will use the postal service. You may elect to ship your products Overnight, via Second Day Air or Third Day. Each of these services carries an additional charge as stated by UPS. At Industrial Supplies & Equipment in stock items are shipped within 24 hours of you placing your order. We ship in-stock items on the business day following your order, and if possible, we will ship the same day. If we have a question with your order, we will hold shipment until you can be contacted. If any items you order are currently out of stock you will be notified with the expected shipping day of the out-of-stock item(s). Shipping charges for merchandise which is shipped back to us, due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer), will still be billed to your credit card.
