We built our facility from the ground up and began operations as a custom treating service for large volume users of pressure treated lumber. Though we’re still providing TSO services to our customers, it is no longer a large part of our marketing mix. Sunbelt Forest Products is a leading manufacturer of high quality pressure treated lumber located in Bartow, Florida. We specialize in providing products that hold up to the harsh tropical climates of Florida, the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean. We are committed to creating value for consumers and conserving forests by extending the life of wood and wood products.

According to Holland, the treating business was founded in 1982. The business serves lumber dealers, original equipment manufacturers, home centers and fence contractors primarily in the Southeast and into the Caribbean Basin.

Sunbelt Forest Products, a leading manufacturer of high quality pressure treated lumber in the Southeast United States, sold the material to Southern Pine Lumber in Boynton Beach, Florida, one of six lumber yards that the company has throughout the state.

Founded in 1982 by an insightful team who saw the need for a high-production pressure treating facility in central Florida, Sunbelt Forest Products has grown to become one of the largest and most diverse wood preserving operations in the Southeast. At peak production we are capable of treating in excess of 200 million board feet annually.
