Carter/MacKay was formed in 1970 in Great Neck, NY. Our charter was and still is the placement of sales, sales management, marketing and sales support professionals within several industries; most notably healthcare, information technology and business to business. Through carefully controlled internal growth, we have been able to expand our organization to four offices on the East Coast and anticipate opening additional offices in the near future.Our management team is the product of a promote from within strategy that has enabled us to establish and maintain a very high level of quality throughout our organization. In fact, the entire executive staff initiated their careers with Carter/MacKay as Account Executives. It is in this fashion that our President, Lawrence Orbach, started his career with Carter/MacKay in 1970.At Carter/MacKay, we truly function as a team, sharing ideas and assisting each other in our recruiting assignments. This informational flow better equips us to stay abreast of our clients' needs and enables us to continually fine tune our skill sets. Management and staff engage in a continuous dialogue regarding the most current techniques utilized in the search industry.
