Dave is a tax partner with the Moline CPA firm of Carpentier, Mitchell, Goddard & Company, LLC, with over 25 years of experience, and specializes in estate planning and taxation, and the taxation of corporations, pass-through entities and individuals. The majority of his clients are closely-held companies operating as C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in a diverse group of industries.

Jerry is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He?s a licensed Certified Public Accountant and member of Illinois CPA Society, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jerry has been working in public accounting since 1972, mainly in the tax area. He joined Carpentier, Mitchell, Goddard & Company, LLC in 1978 and is currently a managing member of the firm. Carpentier, Mitchell, Goddard & Company, LLC employs approximately thirty staff and partners. Jerry is currently a partner in Carpentier, Mitchell, Goddard & Company, LLC.
