Description
Being a man who has worked with a few pregnant women, I have to chime in in support of the man in your workplace asking about your health. More than a few of the women I have worked with have had second trimesters (the one I was always told was the "good" one- hormones have started behaving moreso than the first and the physical discomfort of the third is not yet there) that seemed to last two weeks. If you treat them as an absolute equal ("Go scale that snowbank and get the mail in the mailbox!" or "You don't mind climbing a ladder and changing light bulbs, do you?") you're in the wrong. Same as if you treat them like they're fragile...not a lot of middle ground sometimes.
