Founded in 1948, International Forwarders, Inc. (IFI) is a full-service international logistics management and Customs brokerage firm with clients around the globe. IFI manages imports and exports of products valued in the millions of dollars. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Odyssey Logistics & Technology.

With over 14 years of experience in IT, John leads eGroup’s Technical Consultant practice. The “TC” team facilitates eGroup’s sales arm by consulting and designing value added projects that properly align with customer business objectives. His technology expertise includes, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Networking, Storage Area Networks, Business Continuity and Backup and Recovery. John is an active blogger, social media enthusiast and regular presenter at technology related conferences and user groups.

Derick is a licensed CPA with over 14 years of experience in public accounting in both audit and tax. At eGroup, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company including financial and budgetary reporting, tax compliance, and oversight of the company’s internal controls. Derick graduated from The Citadel with a degree in Business Administration and received a Masters in Accountancy degree from The College of Charleston.

As CFO, Catherine directs, builds and executes eGroup’s overall corporate financial strategy. With over 20 years of experience in the financial and cost analysis fields, Catherine ensures that revenues and margins continuously improve while costs are tightly controlled. She is also responsible for the recruitment and selection of all new team members. Catherine holds a BA from Adelphi University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
