Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Client Relationship Management, this position is responsible for the strategic management of an assigned group of client relationships. The candidate's primary responsibilities will be providing top quality client service and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This role will serve as a single point of contact for designated clients across all service or product related issues and will manage quality control of all service offerings from both internal and external providers.

Seeking a college graduate or relevant work experience. Candidates must be detail oriented; have excellent oral and written communication skills; be capable of managing multiple priorities; take a proactive approach to their personal development, be open to feedback and possess good problem solving skills. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word and Outlook) and the ideal candidate will have experience in an operations setting. Excel skills are desirable.
