We perform research and development to develop better tire recycling machines as well as other innovative ideas.
Our new Bead Wire Stripper (BWS5-1) will allow our customers to extract the bead wire from car and light-truck tire sidewalls that have been removed from their treads using our [SR1-1] Sidewall Remover. The beads will be clean enough (only 5% rubber contaminants by weight) to take the high grade, high carbon steel bead wire to a local steel recycler; allowing our customers to not just reduce their disposal costs, but make a PROFIT every hour the machine is being used!.
