Engines, Incorporated Steel Mill Division has become a prominent supplier to the steel mill industry, for critical parts such as rolls, guides and guide stands, and mill stands. Engines, Incorporated provides heavy section roll turning for structural steel as well as, small section roll turning for bar and angle. Engines, Incorporated has distinguished itself in the manufacturing of precision fabricated and machined guides and mill stands. Our machine shop is equipped with six CNC electric furnaces for full mount and remount of composite rolls. Our shop is equipped with large capacity CNC lathes and mills affording enhanced resources in meeting our customer's requirements. Utilizing our large capacity CNC lathes we can turn parts 22' long x6' diameter weighing up to forty thousand pounds. Engines, Incorporated also operates several horizontal and vertical CNC boring mills. Our CNC horizontal mills, equipped with up to 4 axis can machine parts weighing fifty five thousand pounds 155" long without reposition. Our CNC vertical mills can machine parts 80" diameter x 36" high up to twenty two thousand pounds.
