Brent is a seasoned veteran of the Financial Services Industry with 20 years of experience, serving most recently as Director of Sales and Business Development at CashEdge Incorporated. Prior to CashEdge, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Sanchez Computer Associates where he was directly responsible for the creation and sales of the Sanchez Wealth Management ASP offering. While at CheckFree, he was Vice President of Sales and Business Development where he was instrumental in the creation, deployment and sales of the first online brokerage-trading platform facilitating the first online trade in '96. Before that he was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch. Mr. Chandler received a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, and served honorably for six years in the United States Marine Corps. He is married to Amy and has two active boys. Chad has 11 years experience in the accounting and finance industries. Before FormFree, Chad served as an investment auditor for multi-billion dollar institutional investment funds. At age 22, Chad developed AuditPro, the first electronic payroll audit platform to electronically audit 100% of a Fortune 25 company's payroll electronically. Shortly thereafter, Chad founded TaxEdge.com, a leading provider of online income tax preparation solutions. Chad graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting, B.B.A in Finance, and Minor in Economics from the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Chad attended the Web Development Certificate Program at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Chad is a member of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA), International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).
