All products returned to Hawke Sport Optics, LLC for a warranty claim must have prior approval of a Hawke ® Customer Service employee in the form of a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA must be displayed on the exterior of the return carton. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused. The RMA number assigned will expire 30 days from date of issue. To obtain an RMA, please call 877-429-5347. After you obtain your RMA, you should send your product to Hawke Sport Optics, LLC, 6015 Highview Drive, Suite G, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46818. You must pay the shipping and insurance costs to return your product to Hawke Sport Optics, LLC. Hawke Sport Optics, LLC will pay the shipping charges to return the product to the customer. Upon receipt of a returned product, Hawke Sport Optics, LLC will verify warranty coverage. If the product is not covered by warranty, Hawke Sport Optics, LLC will send you an estimate of the cost to repair your product prior to performing any services not covered by warranty.
