Heritage Construction Company is a privately owned full-service firm, which was started in August 1987 by Jerry Carpenter, Dusty Lane, and Phil Longan. They combined their expertise in finance, commercial construction and residential construction, to form a company dedicated to quality, service, and value, regardless the project size. Early projects primarily focused on the residential development in the Stillwater, OK area. As Stillwater grew, so did the opportunity for commercial business and services. Heritage has grown to be one of Stillwater’s largest, and most highly respected construction firms, working closely with many of the college town’s landmark companies, such as Eskimo Joe’s, Mercury Marine, and Oklahoma State University. As their successes grew, so did the company. Today, Heritage Construction Company employs more than 40 employees, including 4 Project Managers, and 5 full time Job Superintendents.
