An experienced attorney, I limit my practice to matters involving water, land use, and the environment. I have practiced law for fifteen years and am licensed to practice in the State of Washington. I represent clients throughout the entire State. I am also an environmental scientist with a Ph.D. in fluvial geomorphology -- the science of flowing water and its effects on the land. I also have extensive experience with groundwater issues, including contaminated groundwater. In addition to being able to represent you in court, before Hearing Examiners, and before boards of review, I am able to assist you in dealing with issues of government regulation and property development, working effectively with technical experts to accomplish your goals.
