Mr. Hagen joined Howard Group in Destin, Florida in 1999 from his position as Corporate Controller with S.M. Morris, Ltd, a construction, manufacturing and industrial development company based in Dublin, Ireland. Prior to joining S.M. Morris, he was a Commercial Manager for Fru-Con Construction Corporation, a multi-national construction company with offices in St. Louis, Washington DC and Vancouver, BC. Mr. Hagen managed all site financial activities on various projects throughout the United States.

Mr. Bubel comes to Howard Group with over 20 years of experience including specializing in client relationships, tenant and customer relations, financial management, regional and local leasing, marketing, construction management and much more. For the previous nine years, he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle Retail, the largest third-party shopping center manager of more than 100 different properties. Jones Lang LaSalle Retail is a division of Jones Lang LaSalle, a real estate money management and services firm with over 600 shopping centers.

Mr. Heiser has twenty-five years of experience in all facets of resort real estate development including acquisitions, master planning, design, development and construction. Prior to joining Howard Group, he served as Regional Vice President of Intrawest, a world leader in destination resorts and leisure travel, where he guided the strategic planning for acquisitions and master planning in the southeast region. He has also served as President and CEO of Heiser and Associates, a development and project management company he established in Plano, Texas.
