The iConsortium provides clients with a wide variety of services and solutions focused around JD Edwards World, EnterpriseOne and peripheral applications. Each service and solution was designed and audited by committee, whether business oriented or technical, to ensure that they fit to a broad base of industry and customer orientation. As we understand that every customer need is different, we have focused on delivering these services and solutions in such a fashion that they fit into the culture and standards of the client. A simple fact from experience is that the best way isn't always the right way. We try to help clients understand the best practices to determine if they fit, rather than forcing solutions on the customer that might actually be detrimental, no matter how perfectly designed they are. Our services are not novel, but our approach and methodology is. We have designed standards and supportive solutions to our services that help fill the holes that we so often see at client projects. Again, we seek to guide, not push our customers towards these best practices. The iConsortium provides services in the following areas: Consulting/Staff Augmentation The iConsortium assigns pre-qualified members to clients that benefit not only from that member's seniority and experiences, but also from that member's ability to collaborate with the entire membership on their clients' issues. Our board members don't act as client managers, looking for ways to maximize profits, but knowledge managers looking for ways to maximize productivity. Implementation/Upgrades The iConsortium approaches full projects with our proprietary tools and methodologies to ensure success for our clients. With the assembling of such an experienced membership, we have compiled the best approach to both technical and human change management. Committees are formed, dispersed, and reformed constantly to address any new technologies, approaches, and business models. With our BSOP methodology and iPROJECT toolset, we have achieved a process driven, control-centric approach to each and every facet of an implementation from BPR to training. Custom Development and Enhancement The iConsortium is so enthralled with the flexibility of the JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne packages that we formed what is aptly named the Enhancement Alliance. As our teams have developed everything from custom reports to completely new custom modules for this suite, we have decided to compile abstracts of these efforts that other customers will be able to browse or search so that we can help prevent the wheel from being recreated over and over. We intend to evolve this solution into a menu-like offering of enhancements and customizations that can be delivered to the end customer in the form of an ESU. Integration/Interop With the foremost authorities on this subject sitting on our steering committees, we have evolved our approach to integration from software companies' recommendations to real world best practices. Too often these firms are influenced by incentives and partnerships to recommend what is best for the end customer.
