This is your (your companies) program. What is happening inside your company is what really matters. That said the simplest way to understand the VOC is to ask them. You need to understand what information comes from where. If I want to understand how effective the DMAIC training is and I ask the CEO who probably didn’t attend then I asked the wrong customer. Ask people who got trained and have experience doing the job. If I want to understand if the program is delivering results (not everybody uses money) that supports the strategies of the company then I ask the CEO.

Our company implemented Six Sigma many years ago. ?Everything is a process? and we need to reflect upon and drive continuous improvement into our Six Sigma program. How do other companies measure their internal ?voice of the customer (VOC)? regarding their Six Sigma program? How do they know they are meeting the needs of their internal customers? Are there baselines or benchmarks of satisfaction data from other companies which we can measure ourselves against.
