Ice Elements ® was created by skincare expert Shelly Maguire. As a skin care specialist and spa owner for many years, Shelly saw first-hand the challenges we face as we age: dry skin, uneven tone, reduced elasticity and a loss of radiance. Frustrated with the often expensive and sometimes overly-aggressive treatments her clients were undergoing, Shelly knew there had to be a better way. She began searching for the missing link in the fight against aging skin.
