Founded Idiom has been selling dialup Internet access since Spring 1993. At first, this was done more as a hobby than a business: David Sharnoff needed a well-run reliable system for his own use; letting other people use it too didn't make much difference.In September 1996, the first full-time employee was added. Since then Idiom has grown steadily in both the number of accounts and the types of services offered. Why choose Idiom? The advantage a small provider like Idiom has is that every customer is important. When you call, you can talk to someone who knows the Internet inside and out. Idiom is not managed from afar: if there is something wrong, we are likely to notice it and fix it before anyone else does.
