James is an award-winning retail designer with over 20 years of experience working with multi-disciplinary design teams in the creation of world-class, integrated environments that enhance people’s lives. His expertise lies in building a brand experience through the delivery of innovative and meaningful retail solutions which consider every touch point of the branded consumer journey. As a Retail Director of Design, James manages the design quality and efficient delivery of a diverse range of retail projects, both new and remodels.

Santiago, Little’s Director of Branded Graphics, leads a nimble team of talented designers who devote their efforts to crafting memorable experiences that demonstrate the values and promise of our clients’ brands. He understands that, because all mediums (environmental, digital, collateral, web, mobile and social) collide in today’s built environment, a well-choreographed experience will compel the end user to engage and transact with the brand with increasing depth and breadth.

In his role as Little’s National Director of Engineering, Jeff leads our Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering teams across the country. A strong believer that collaboration between all professions delivers the best designs for our clients, he challenges the status quo to uncover innovative and sustainable solutions that have a measurable impact on people’s lives. During his 15 years in the industry, Jeff has worked with North American Properties, Champion Development Corporation, Songy Partners Realty, Florida Gulf Coast University, and numerous cities and counties.

David has more than 27 years of experience in design, planning, project management, construction management and quality control/assurance, all of which he capitalizes on in his role as a Studio Leader in Little’s Workplace Practice. He manages workplace interiors and science and technology projects, ensuring that we exceed client expectations and enhance the lives of those who occupy the environments we create.

David Crabtree has joined the firm as a Director of Design in Little's Workplace Practice. With more than 12 years experience in award winning design and construction, Dave's diverse body of work includes office, mixed-use, retail, education, community and healthcare projects. He will lead a team of architects and designers dedicated to office and workplace design.
