Mist'er Rain, Incorporated was incorporated in the State of Washington in 1969 as a licensed General Contractor, Reg. No. MISTEI*228QW. The intent and business philosophy of the company has always been to offer high quality, professionally designed and built underground estate sprinkler irrigation systems. Since 1969 Mist'er Rain, Incorporated has become recognized as a leader within the industry for their professional business concepts, quality of service, guarantee of customer satisfaction, and follow-up customer service. Mist'er Rain, Incorporated has experienced broad customer exposure since 1969 with sprinkler irrigation system installations in the residential and commercial marketplace. Over the past several years, our customer base has become more active in the residential estate design/build system installation marketplace. Our established reputation, along with our experience and customer satisfaction, has allowed Mist'er Rain, Incorporated to develop one of the finest sprinkler irrigation service departments in the industry. We provide quality repair, modification, upgrades, back flow certification, annual Spring activation and check out, and Fall winterization drainage services to all types of systems throughout the greater Puget Sound region. We maintain a fully staffed office/warehouse facility of approximately 4,000 square feet in Auburn, Washington. Presently we operate a fleet of ten trucks and vans with mobile communication between office and all field support staff. Our firm is an active long-time participant in the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals (WALP), and has been recognized as a "Rain Bird Select Contractor" since the inception of the Select Contractor program. And most recently, Mist'er Rain, Incorporated has become a State of Washington licensed Electrical Contractor in Limited Energy, Reg. No. MISTERI999L8, to comply with the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries certification for outdoor low voltage lighting systems.
