Part-Time Teller To assist the Credit Union with achieving our goal to provide members with their full financial needs and promoting continued relations with our members through friendly, efficient service that exceeds their expectations. You will assist members with financial transactions, product knowledge and referrals to appropriate representatives that will promote our goal to be a premier credit union. To apply for the position a candidate must have: • 1 year of similar experience preferred, such as, but not limited to, Teller, Customer Service or Sales experience. • Proven ability of service excellence. • Ability to assist members in a fast, accurate and efficient manner. • Cash handling experience preferred. Part-Time Member Resource Center Specialist To assist the Credit Union with achieving our goal to provide members with their full financial needs and promoting continued relations with our members through friendly, efficient service that exceeds their expectations. You will provide quality member service delivery by telephone; process telephone transaction requests; provide service and rate information; process telephone inquiries regarding account information, credit union policies and procedures. To apply for the position a candidate must have: • 1 year of similar experience preferred, such as, but not limited to, Teller, Customer Service or Sales experience. • Proven ability of service excellence. • Ability to assist members in a fast, accurate and efficient manner. Account Relationship Officer This position is responsible for development of a full financial relationship with our members. This includes all accounts, products and services, acquiring and closing member loan and selling insurance products. Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, proficiency in computer software, excellent problem solving skills, ability to work with and maintain confidential information, and ability to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures. To apply for the position a candidate must have: • Must have a proven ability to sell products and provide exceptional service • High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree or some college with relevant coursework preferred.
