Description

Lynne is an NCARB certified architect licensed in Colorado, Texas, Connecticut and New York. She has a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Washington in Seattle, and a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Her primary experience as an architect has been focused on hospitality and multi-family projects including luxury hotels, urban condominiums, resort condo hotels and for rent apartments. These mixed use projects envelope dwellings, spas, restaurants, lobbies, swimming pools, retail, offices, parking and commerce. She is experienced in renovations and tenant improvements including corporate offices, restaurants, bowling alleys and retail interiors.
