Description

Along with his experience in school management, Mr. Novak brings the knowledge of evaluating and developing the internal controls and policy and procedures that are needed for a board of trustees to meet its fiduciary duties and Senior Management to run the daily operations of an independent school. He has practical experience in the areas of Financial Reporting, Budgeting/Forecasting, Human Resources, Facilities Acquisitions and Negotiations, Conditional Use Permits, Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt acquisition and refinancing, organizational restructuring, and Executive Coaching. Michael offers the long term partnership needed for an organization’s sustainability and success. Mr. Novak received his BBA in Accounting from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. and his graduate degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. He received his CPA in Maryland in 1988. He currently lives in Santa Monica, CA with his husband, Lorenzo. Mr Novak may be reached via e-mail at michael@ta-stl.com.

Dr. Frankel’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Utah, and he completed his Masters and Ph.D. at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Frankel has been part of Triangle Associates for over 18 years.
