Each order comes with a packing slip; on the reverse of this, Please tell us why you're returning the item and how we should refund your money. -Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully in a box with the slip -Write on the box (returning to the sender) no value: -Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account 7-10 business days after we have received your return. If you have misplaced your packing slip form, you can print out the order information from the my account section of our site (my account > view order > print order invoice), or simply include a piece of paper when you send your return back to us with your full name, email address, order number, the name/item number of the item(s) you're returning. If you cannot find your order or item number, please note you can access this information on the my account area of the site.
