To show my appreciation, I invite all of my clients, referrals & service providers that have been involved in the purchase or sale of a home with Alain Pinel Realtors, to my Annual Client Appreciation Party usually held in August of each calendar year. The Party idea stemmed from the desire to “give back ” to my clients, because without you, I would not have had the continued success in achieving top honors in real estate production and service, year after year. With your referrals and repeat business, I have consistently been honored as one of the Top Agents in the East Bay! I have you to thank for that! You may ask yourselves why I host such a party? The reality is, my Annual Client Appreciation Party is the highlight of my year! It allows me to “bring my clients back to me ” once a year to visit, entertain, and thank them once again for their continued business and friendship. Those who attend enjoy a BBQ, picnic, outdoor activities and games, door prizes and entertainment.
