Reid Conrad Reid has over 27 years of experience in the software industry and is the co-founder and CEO of Near-Time, a private and secure collaboration service for groups to share ideas, information, files and calendars. Prior to co-founding Near-Time, Reid co-founded Commerciality, a strategic consulting firm for middle stage software companies. Previously, Reid co-founded Extensibility, a leading provider of XML solutions, which was acquired by TIBCO Software, Inc. in September 2000, and served as its President and CEO.

Each customer obtains value from our products in a slightly different way unique to their situation. Our solution-based approach is tuned to maximizing this benefit for each customer. Example results from customers in various industries are depicted in the graph below.

Lee Buck Lee is the co-founder and Chief Technology Office of Near-Time. Previously, Lee was the co-founder and CTO of Extensibility, Inc. a leading provider of XML tools, acquired by TIBCO Software, Inc. in September 2000. After the acquisition Lee served as TIBCO's VP & Chief Scientist, XML Technologies. Lee is a recognized authority on XML and schema and has helped shape a number of Internet standards by serving on committees such as the W3C's XML Schema Working Group.
