In July 2011 Rich Beal became President of Perry Brokerage Associates (“PBA”), focusing his efforts on building a commercial brokerage operation providing leasing, sales and acquisition services, representing landlords and tenants in the Boston and South Shore markets. Prior to his role with PBA, Rich spent 7 years overseeing A.W. Perry’s South Shore residential development division as well as leasing and property management for various commercial properties, including The Berkeley at 420 Boylston Street, Boston.

Through a sister company, TRAdvisors, LLC, we are providing real estate services to other transportation entities, and we’re currently partnering with Jones Lang La Salle to create new and sustainable revenue streams for the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), the nation’s second largest transportation system.

The A. W. Perry development team has experience managing all aspects of commercial development projects including office, lab, industrial and retail, ranging from 5,000 square feet to over 400,000 square feet. We’ve guided many projects through design, permitting, financing and construction, and we would welcome the opportunity to develop a building for your company.
