AARME offers such tools as workshops, consultants, and publications to assist clinical academic institutions, research facilities, and research professionals in achieving accreditation for research while recognizing the divergent needs and desires of its members without limiting institutional freedom to develop and to experiment new ideas. AARME and its membership want to ensure the highest quality of research education by providing local, national and international forums to discuss current issues in clinical research education and disseminating information to member institutions about these issues. It also provides liaison between professional institutions and research, industry, and government agencies. As AARME works to assist member organizations in the important task of accreditation, the shared goals are to further excellence in teaching and scholarship.
