Our Mission is to implement high quality lacrosse and field hockey training programs in communities nationwide and to enhance the number of girls participating in sports. Our goal is then to customize and adapt coaching so that players of all ages and skill levels can experience success in a safe environment conducive to fun and learning. Our Philosophy is simple, yet proven--create an environment that is safe, fun, challenging, and filled with positive reinforcement, and success and learning will ultimately follow.
