We also provide private OMBUDS services to businesses and institutions to assist the organization in managing its needs to resolve internal and external conflict. Mr. Clymer has received Ombuds training and has experience with Ombuds functions in a large organization.

Steve Clymer is President and Founder of Accord ADR Group. Having been in private practice in Cincinnati, Ohio and Denver and Boulder, Colorado since 1983, Mr. Clymer began providing mediation and arbitration services in Colorado in 1994, and converted his law practice to a full-time ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) practice in 2000.
