Founded in 1986 by industry veterans Benny R. Wood and Howard Burchett, Jr., AAT manufactures the finest quality and most installer friendly adhesives on the market. For more than 25 years, AAT has lead with innovations including the first complete line of solvent free flooring adhesives in the industry. Since 1990, when AAT introduced the AirTech brand, we have provided flooring contractors with a broad line up of high performance adhesives that are safe to use, safe for the end user and safe for the environment.

Our dedication to reducing the ecological impact of our products and improving indoor air quality through the use of our adhesives isn’t our only commitment to the environment. We are committed to being positive stewards in our community as well. At AAT we continue to refine our processes and technologies to minimize our impact on the local environment. Recycling of and using PI packaging materials along with reducing or eliminating waste and emissions is a key driver in our R&D.

As responsible adhesive manufacturers strive to develop cleaner indoor air quality products, they must at the same time give equal attention to delivering the same level of adhesive performance found in solvent-containing formulations.

It cleans easily and will not damage the finish of the wood flooring. AAT-535C adhesive is formulated for use when installing bamboo, solid wood and all types of engineered wood flooring over commonly encountered sub-floors. With all of the performance benefits of traditional solvent-based adhesives the 535C breaks new ground in achieving spread rates of up to 90 sq.ft./gal. for engineered flooring. AAT proudly manufactures AAT-535C in the USA.
