We have extensive experience manufacturing our customers aesthetically demanding requirements in medium and low volumes via a KanBan delivery system. In this highly technical field METALfx provides experienced engineering capabilities to our customers.

METALfx provides extensive design engineering support capabilities to our customers. Our Engineering CAD Network is configured to provide a direct upload and download capability with participating customers, utilizing multiple formats, as well as uploading and downloading your files through our RFQ/File Transfer page. Our programmers then utilize this system for unfolding your 3D CAD files and developing programs for our direct-linked CNC manufacturing equipment.

METALfx can design and manufacture dies for hard tooling as well as punch press and punch brake tools to help reduce production costs. High Volume Punching & Stamping: As a stamping facility METALfx offers maximum flexibility to our customers. Product development assistance brings your project from concept to production. Short run stage tooling or precision coil-fed progressive dies - we have the experience! Our customers enjoy and profit from our ability to combine soft tool and hard tool manufacturing techniques on a single application.

Metalfx has had a long history of providing products and services that meet the needs and expectation of our customers. Our quality system has been certified to the ISO 9000 standard since 1995. Inspection equipment includes optical comparators, Fabravision, coordinate measuring machine, and a full range micrometers, height gages, calipers, pins, etc. - all traceable to NIST. Equally important, Metalfx has an inspection department of trained technicians with decades of combined experience.

METALfx is a Northern California leader in custom sheet metal fabrication, machining and assembly of both metal and wood products. METALfx specializes in precision fabrication using stainless steel, aluminum, cold roll steel and RoHs Compliant material. METALfx has maintained quality production for over 35 years for a wide variety of customers and markets from our 125,000 square foot facility.
