Advantage Partners, founded in 1996 by Ms. Bondi and Jim McPolin, specializes in executive search and human capital advisory services for middle market companies. Search engagements, North American in scope, focus on boards of directors and the executive suite—Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, and senior executives in finance, operations, marketing and sales.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Advantage Partners.
